Protein
Proteins are the basic building blocks of life. They are composed of amino acids. During digestion proteins are broken down into their components.

The body needs 21 amino acids to build and maintain cells. Nine of them are essential, that means they cannot be synthesised by the body and have to be ingested with the diet.

Determination of the total protein content is carried out using the Kjeldahl method. We offer differentiated methods for the analysis of the single amino acids (amino acid spectrum).
