Nutrients and Ingredients
Strong Performance
Protein, carbohydrates and fat are the most important components of our diet. But our bodies need more: vitamins and minerals are vital trace substances. Declaration of these nutritional values on food is an important information for consumers.

Correct Labeling
In the EU, labeling of nutrients on food is governed by the food information regulation (LMIV, EU regulation No 1169/2011). Ever since 13th of December 2014, calorific value, fat content, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt are components of declaration. Currently, labelling of nutritional values is compulsory only if there are health or nutritional claims for the food. Voluntary declaration, however, still has to follow LMIV. As of December 2016, a declaration of “Big 7” is compulsory for all foods.

Our analyses are adapted to the requirements for nutritional labelling. With our “Big nutritional analysis”, we offer the seven relevant nutritional parameters. In addition, we are your partner in regard to mineral elements, dietary fibre, allergens or single nutritional parameters.

Active and Effective?
Dietary and food supplements promise health-promoting properties of food ingredients. Omega-3-fatty acids are well known by now. But quality of the complex ingredients is the important factor. We qualify your raw materials. Contact us for support on our range of analytical services.
