Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates are an integral part of the human diet. They are classified into digestible (sugar, starch) and indigestible carbohydrates (fibres). We analyse carbohydrates as part of the small or big nutritional value analysis (BIG 4, BIG 8).

Prebiotics are indigestible food components (usually carbohydrates) which have a beneficial effect on the host by encouraging growth of bacterial strains in the colon. GOS and FOS are prebiotics which are used in infant formulas. We check your raw material and final products for you.
