Description

Our reagents are designed for applications in protein assay purposes. The reagents are tested in different lectin-assay applications and a wide range of microplate types.

The buffers are also included in our GlycoImage® Assay systems. The Assay Buffer can be used additionally to our kits, if assay procedures are done automatically (microplate washer) and higher buffer volumes are recommended.

GlycoImage® Assay Buffer (20x concentrate)

This Buffer can be used in washing procedures and as a sample dilution buffer.

Additives provide low background signals or false positive reactions. Stabilizing ingredients have positive effects on lectins and alkaline phosphatase. The buffer is provided as a 20x concentrated tris-based solution with a pH-value of 8.0.

GlycoImage® Assay Equilibration Buffer (10x concentrate)

The Equilibration Buffer helps to increase your enzyme activity. It is used to equilibrate your plate after enzyme incubation cycle and before application of substrate solution. It provides best conditions for the enzyme reaction of the alkaline phosphatase. The buffer is provided as a 10x concentrated tris-based solution with a pH-value of 8.0.

GlycoImage® Assay Detection Buffer (2x concentrate)

The Detection Buffer is designed for an optimized reaction of alkaline phosphatase, using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate. The buffer is provided as a 2x concentrated diethanolamine-based solution with a pH-value of 9.8.
