Description
The lectins, isolated from natural sources (seeds, bulbs, germs) are lyophilized containing a defined percentage of stabilizing salt/ sugar. The products are of high quality and can be dissolved in different solvents regarding the pI-value of each lectin product. Diverse techniques are applicable, e.g. lectin affinity chromatography, lectin-based assays, and blots. Besides the conjugation to biotin, the lectins can also be conjugated to a various number of molecules required for different analytical applications.
The table below shows the available lectins. The indicated specificity is the carbohydrate structure to be separated. Please choose the lectin from the list, but also find in our catalogue for each displayed lectin more products, e.g. immobilized lectins to polymer particles and lectin-biotin conjugates. |
