Description
Lectin-Biotin conjugates are designed for analytical applications as ELISA and other plate assays, gel blotting or cell and tissue staining purposes. Following the addition of a biotinylated lectin, a covalent conjugate between (strept)avidin and an enzyme, fluorochrome, or other marker can be added. The biotinylated lectins are provided as a solution (ß=1 mg/ mL) dissolved in phosphate buffered saline. |
