Pharmaceuticals in the Environment |

During the last 5 years, several research projects dealing with both human and veterinary drugs have been funded by the European Commission/ or by other national bodies in Europe to fill the gap of information on the occurrence, effects in ecosystems, and the removal of human and veterinary drugs.
